Snowy trip of the club Depo
From 23.2. till 26.2. 2016 the workers and our volunteer Elvina together with children, who attend low threshold facility in Coexistence Village, went to a long trip by bus to Andělské mountain in Jeseníky mountain. We hoped the children will enjoy little bit snow and this wish was fulfilled.
Whole trip was focused on getting to know landscape unknown for children- except the surroundings of Andělská mountain, we visited hill Anenský vrch or made a journey to Karlova studánka. One afternoon trip was held in nearby ski slope where we used shovels and plastic sled, which was great fun.
Besides the trips during the stay in Jeseníky the various games were held. During these games the children develop their communication skills, fine motor and gross motor skills, sense for fair-play and healthy competition and a lot of other skills and abilities.
The culmination of the whole trip was spectacular disco prepared by our volunteer Elvina- children and workers had really great time thanks to her programme and we would like to thank her through this article not only for disco but also for warm up exercise which was prepared every morning during the whole trip.
Before leaving we found out the feedback from children who told us that they really enjoyed four days of fun and beautiful experience.
